The visualization shows 50 countries and territories, analyzed from the point of view of the cost of living and tourism competitiveness. The selected countries are the top 25 and the worst 25 according to the Tourism Competitiveness Index (2017), a value that has been calculated by the World Economic Forum. For each country are indicated: rank in the living cost index, cost indices (cost of living, rentals, cost of living + rents, groceries, restaurants, local purchasing power), rank in the Tourism Competitiveness Index, the competitiveness index for travel and tourism 2017 and any changes in the index compared with 2015.
