The project is an exploration of animation possibilities in Madhubani Painting style. The style of animation is digital puppet. However the narrative is taken from some of the Ramayana’s incidences, like Taadka’s-vadh and Sita’s swayamvar. A fictional tale is weaved around these incidences focusing on role of a painting and mythological inspirations. Ramayana being the majorly painted topic in Madhubani paintings hence the content of the narrative revolves around these tales.
