With the goal of creating an image pixel by pixel, I set out to play with the beautiful illusions that result from pixel art. The key being giving the viewer just enough information to let their imagination run wild. During the process I found myself getting lost in the mixing of pattern with image. The final piece is a detailed map of a nonsensical wonderland.
