In addition to creating the presentation template, a Mailchimp email campaign was necessary to send the template out to the company.
To make it easier for people to understand how to use the template, I created a sample presentation or "Examples of Use".
Not everyone in the company had access to PowerPoint on their computer, and people often use google slides. Google Slides has an option to share the template with the company, so I created a video showing people how to access the template.
