THE BRIEF: To conceptualise and brand a motivational annual sales meeting, including elements of change management 
CREATIVE INVOLVED: Change management, strategy, event design, stage design, video, copywriting, digital, literature design, presentation design, guest booking, event management.

Why?
Alcon were undergoing a busy period of internal change and it was identified that the best method to inspire and gain full support from their salesforce was to introduce these changes at their annual sales conference. Alcon appointed Surreal to brand and create the strategic approach for this conference

Who?
The 800-strong Alcon salesforce and Alcon management team who would be taking part in the event. 

How?
•  By naming and creating the ‘Altitude’ brand
•  By creating emotive messaging and visual to engage the salesforce
•  By delivering an inspiring stage show using video and presentation to gain buy-in from the audience
