The Spaghetti Policy is a portrait of the outlandish Charlie Kelley from the FX sitcom, It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia. Spaghetti sauce and noodles are used to depict him as a nonsensical being. The sporadic and highly imperfect outline of Charlie goes hand in hand with his chaotic and grotesque personality. The absurdity of Charlie has ties to both my sense of humor and my somewhat ardent personality.
