"Bon Appétit"

Apparel
In "Bon Appétit" kitchen apron collection I am presenting and connecting Slovak traditional resist indigo dyeing technique used in Slovakia since 17th century called Modrotlač (Blueprint), with Slovak famous dish called "Pirohy". This meal is made of potatoes dough filled with the special Slovak sheep cheese called Bryndza. Pirohy can be also filled with jam or poppy. The filled piroh has shape of half circle, closed with fork press.
