She exhibition | She is an exhibition for women and everyone who around women. Showing perceptions of women's beauty from society and themselves. She exhibition is a part of my thesis project. In order to encourage and empower all women to appreciate themselves.
The concept of She exhibition is beauty perception. Perception is what others think of you. Persona is what you want others to think of you. Ego is what you think of yourself, and the last one your truly self. From the concept, I've developed an exhibition design into 4 parts. I, They, We, It. I is the first part, showing the perception of women thinking to themselves. How women want to appear as a perfection, including plastic surgeries and the way women treat themselves. Then They is the second part showing the perception of others thinking to women, such as women society roles and how women supposed to act. We is a part about relation, sex and love to women. Showing how people think about sexual relation with women, A perfect girlfriend material. and Finally It shows how media affect women thought wanting to be perfect for society acceptance.
