This is a tribute poster to the late David Bowie.  A huge creative inspiration for me.  Rather than do a straight up portrait I decided to go with the Stardog concept, especially since Bowie was a huge dog lover.  I created the space background separately and going for a Jack Kirby stylized version of space.  After illustrating and coloring each individually and then put them both  together, dropped in some text to finish it off.
