In Cold Blood

— Another version of my Penguin Design Award shortlisted cover of In Cold Blood.
The cover is based on the murder in the book; the shootings of the Clutter family in Holcomb, Kansas in 1959. There are four holes that represent the four family members that died, and two more for the killers - as throughout the book the killers show regret and you get to see how the shootings changed them, like a part of them died when they pulled the trigger.
