To learn more about materials and design, we took a trip to Home Depot this week. As we were working on Revit designing at the same time, this trip gave us more insight into the materials and processes that go into construction. In the store, we were given a tour of the store, then we did a scavenger hunt to find all the materials listed. Through this, we became familiar with the store and all the materials/products as well. For example, I got to understand the different hammer designs, along with screwdrivers.  

In addition to this, we continued to work on the Open House program design. We changed the background, pictures, and wording after having a meeting with the prinicipal. After this meeting, we had a better understanding of what was expected from the program and the different aspects that we had to include.
