The challenge was to tell a story, synthetizing the different projects of Pininfarina, to be subtle and stay elegant. A bracelet for man that reminds you the Pininfarina story.
Transfer the Pininfarina spirit into a jewel
When you touch it, you can feel the metal getting tensed then relaxed, on your wrist, it unleashes the imagination. We played with the edges, the evolution of surfaces, the birth of surfaces, and disappearance of others.
Working on small dimensions
At Pininfarina, the projects can vary from a bracelet to a boat, and both have the same size on a computer.
It requires to always look at the real scale when working the details, to check the proportions compared to human body.
