Vildblom Pesto
The SCA Arcwise project
In the course Packaging Project we were introduced to SCAs new cardboard Arcwise. Our brief was to work with and present the new cardboards main feature, the round corners.
We created the brand Vildblom, which is translated to Wildflower. They create products from commodities that Northern Sweden has to offer. This pesto is created out of classical Swedish weeds, dandelion and nettle. Products that grow right around the corner. Both primary and secondary packaging are covered in illustrations of the two weeds. The secondary packaging has illustrations that go around and over all of the corners. The illustrations on the box also match with the ones on the primary packaging. On the box we also tell a story of how the pesto is made from harvesting to the art of pestle.
