A tableware aimed at high cuisine chefs who want to differentiate themselves from the rest offering a new eating experience, while forcing customers to eat with their hands. This way it is intended to find out how we eat by using new technologies. It is designed to force the user to eat with its hands and to track its movement while eating. This data collection allows on one hand to analyse how people eat with hands but on the other to offer a unique and inimitable artwork created by the user itself.
