Where Do We Goa From Here
For years I avoided India knowing that if I traveled there I would fall in love. And I did. I went twice in 2010 and 2011 and plan to get back there as soon as I can.
I originally went to post-produce my music documentary 'Binji in Ibiza' and also film parts for a project I'm working on with MOC Paoli, a German born DJ traveller who made home in Goa for many years before relocating to Ibiza.
Went from Kerala to Goa and I cannot say whether I saw the real India or not. What I did see in most part was acceptance. Acceptance of one's own self, his sorroundings and the conditions both physical and mental in which we humans operate. A simplicity we lack in Western Europe and one that is highly respectable. In every sense of the word.
I accidentally deleted tons of pictures from these two trips and these are all that's left. Another good excuse to go back....
