Working with Santino Artisan Gelato, an artisanal gelato parlour located in Santa Maria, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil, was one of the most important experiences within our history. Throughout three years, we've built and nurtered a trust-worthy relationship between the brand and its fellow customers and, together, we've reached a new level of quality of design and communication for its region.

When Facebook still wasn't a strength in the city, we presented the positioning of a new business wanting to reinvent the online communication. Together, we've worked intensely to strenghten a brand that, today, is one of the most beloved - specially because of the incredible combination of product, service and communication.

The business prospered just as we grew as an agency and, because of that, we have a super special love for their history. Check out below.
