The Bing Image Search team develops advanced technologies to enabled image search on the Web (http://www.bing.com/images) and across devices such as Windows, Office and Mobile. We have been one of the primary contributors in growing Bing's overall search market share and user base.
We are looking for a senior technical lead who has a proven history of delivering on complex technical projects. Someone who can help innovate, set product direction and coordinate with partner teams. Working across different technologies including frontend web services, backend data services and overall data quality.

What will you work on
Lead a team of developers in developing user facing features for Bing Image Search including the design and implementation across frontend web services, backend data services, content ingestion and overall data quality.
You need an eye for user experience and the vision to help set product direction. We need a technical leader who can help coordinate projects across multiple complex systems and teams.
Help us coordinate projects across Microsoft for integrating Bing Image Search to help power other products such as Windows, Office, Xbox and Mobile. Working closely with Microsoft Research to develop and integrate technologies for image content understanding.
