I had such a blast working on this design for COUP Tees. I've had great discussions with friends & family about how best to tackle the issue of mental health and the big thing that kept coming back was this pressure to get better quick - almost rush yourself back to health? Thus, I wanted to make something with a message that would say otherwise.
