The Client
From 2015 to 2017 I worked with Unimed — the biggest Medical Insurance company in Brazil.
The Objective
As the company has grown on insured patients the access to information and services from Medical Insurance have become to a real nightmare. Big queues by the offices and congested phone lines became their normal. With that scenario in mind the company decided to move a great deal of their service orders to a mobile app.
The Solution
While the In-Office team was mapping all needs and services my work was to translate their Branding Identity into this new universe. Besides designing UIs and assets I also wrote a complete guide with best practices on Design for Digital Products.
