Beca came to us with an exciting opportunity to completely rethink their online presence. We undertook workshops with the key stakeholders in the business, analysed their target markets, and used our findings to launch an extensive UX process. From there we moved into a Design Direction piece, working through how the brand would be best represented online. We discovered that Beca had a desire to move away from their corporate aesthetic and bring in a fresher look. We trialled new colour palettes and devised an entirely new approach to the tone of the content to reflect their changing business goals..

The site is managed by multiple content masters, with vastly different needs. We designed a set of flexible, fully customizable modules that editors can use to build rich, engaging pages to showcase whatever content they're producing.

We added subtle CSS effects through the build process to ensure a polished product with elements to surprise and delight the user. The modules have all been designed to work beautifully across all devices and screen sizes.

Once the UX Strategy, IA and Wireframes had been completed, we produced high fidelity scamps to demonstrate to the client how the website would come together.
As part of the Design Direction piece, we worked through 2 core concepts, combining them slightly differently in each section of the website to strategically highlight select areas of the business.
