Long Distance Love: A Survival Guide

I have never had a boyfriend who hasn't lived less than 30 miles away, and most of the time, it has been a much greater distance. I really should have got the hint by now.

This is a purely personal project, the design process helped distract me from the loneliness as I have been adjusting to living alone for the first time. I wanted to use language in my work, referencing the cynical attitude I sometimes have. I also wanted to use one of my favourite fonts, F37 Bella, for the first time.

It's language-based, but influenced by infographics, especially a street map of New York City. I printed it lithographically as it didn't cost much more and wanted to try something new. Printed on 150gsm satin stock.
