This project was completed in my Typography class. We were given 4 children's books to choose from and we had to choose a popular quote from the book. We could only use the quote to create a cover for the book. I chose the book "Winnie the Pooh." The quote I used was "How sweet to be a cloud floating in the blue. It makes him very proud to be a little cloud." Everything had to be created using the type from the quote. It could be stretched and altered in any way. I have included the intial designs, leading up to the end result and a detailed shot to show the viewer who may not notice at first glance. From Pooh bear himself, to the creases in the wings of the bees, everything is made from type.
