A brand new visual identity created for the newly launched the Banks Candle Co.
The Banks Candle Co. was founded in Lincoln, England and took inspiration from the Lincolnshire world renowned botanist, Sir Joseph Banks. We looked at creating a brand worthy to cary his name and explored the world of botanist illustrations, exploration era typography and design to influence the visual feel for this luxury candle brand.
Colours
Banks Candle Co. prides itself on sourcing flavours unique to each other. With this in consideration a large range of colours are introduced, with each flavour gaining its own specific colour and resulting logo. The colours provide a system to provide a unique charm to each scents packaging but providing the uniform luxury look.
