Retro Rockabilly Store
Retro Rockabilly Store
The purpose of this project was to deisgn a corporate identity for a boutique clothing and gift store. The store predominantly caters for Rockabilly culture. These are people who are interested in cars and fashion of bygone eras and influenced greatly by 1950-1960’s American Design. The store would be in competition with other local boutique stores but also needed to set itself up as something unique. The inspiration for the brand stemmed from vintage badges and emblems.
The target audience are primarily men aged 15-45 who like to stand out, collect things, and have a
good understanding of art and design. The tone of voice needed to be gritty, underground, and low-brow.
