This is a mobile web app to help doctors/physicians at a certain hospital log their time. The previous process required filling out paper forms for each activity. It was a redundant process and they would often put it off until the end of the day or week, resulting in forgetting what they did and having a pile of paperwork to fill out. With this app, as soon as they perform the task they only need to spend less than a minute to log the task.
