New York University Tandon School of Engineering Viewbook
The design concept is based on an existing design element from the interior walls of the lobby at Tandon and this element serves as the foundation for the design throughout the brochure. Among the various visual graphics present in the building, the block element felt right since it can be easily recognized as relating to engineering, digital media, and technology yet at the same time, can be broad enough to visually encompass the breadth of the engineering and technology programs offered at Tandon. Also, the blocks visually represent innovation, a primary focus of Tandon, as the different pieces/blocks come together to create something new.
