Our client wanted to have a mannequin that was cheap, lightweight and fully poseable. We thought the best solution would be to eliminate the springs, bolts and other doo-dads that most even remotely poseable mannequins come with. 

This is a completely vac-formed mannequin. We produced hundreds for trade shows. They worked pretty good. They're cyborg-like. But that's not necessarily a bad thing.
