Rent Invest — Malls

Rent Invest specialises in the shopping malls management. Its main services are: strategic consulting, commercial management, marketing management and technical maintenance. The concept is based on the game 15-puzzle. At first glance, they seem impossible to assemble, but a skillful person can turn them into perfect and balanced constructions. In a similar way in the hands of Rent Invest any shopping mall becomes a coherent, harmonious and profitable structure.
In the visual identity I have used four kind of geometric shapes, which represent the 4 main criteria of a shopping mall well-being. These are not just separate shapes, together they form the initial letters of the name of the company. The choice of color follows the steady tradition to use bright colors in the decoration of shopping malls. The dynamic pattern was created on the base of 4 shapes and the number of variations is almost unlimited.
