Through the course of this systems project we have had an immense learning experience of an overall picture of Disasters. A 10 week journey took us through various stages of design thinking : user research, insight gathering, system model understanding, conceptualizing and finally prototyping of solutions.

The diagram takes the form of a concept map – a link of interconnected terms shows how each stakeholder is involve in Emergency Response System.

The stakeholder icons are located in each of these Phase models, and represented in the 3 parts of the model with the PRE Disaster Phase (light gray background), DURING Disaster Phase (darker gray) and POST Disaster Phase. (darkest grey) Each phase is divided into 4 sub - systems, namely, Mitigation System, Transport System, Information System and Medical System.
The sub system are categorized according to scope of work that it performs in that phase and linked to the stakeholders involved in the work.
