Solution
An HR product that provides universal grading for professionals, is bound to be an agent of change especially in the Indian Business landscape.The framework was named hr scape (structured competency advancement programme evaluation) as this project had the capability to change the structural blue print of the ever-evolving corporate landscape by keeping the complete picture of HR competencies in perspective.
The logo embodies the narrative of advancement, the gradually rising bars on one hand symbolises the various levels of competencies and certification that an individual can achieve and showcase the ever evolving nature of the HR landscape on the other.
