Vélove is a diplay typography for headlines or short texts, inspired by street / urban cycling.
The inspiration to carry out the project is born mainly from the "subculture" that exists around the fixed gear and route bicycles within the urban cycling world, also the types used by sponsors in the cyclist jerseys of the 70's. Moving on the street is not a walk on the beach is a rough, cold minded, dirty, risky and fast environment that requires improvisation to move between cars and buses.
The Name Vélove comes from the union of the words Vélo (bicycle in French) and Love. So it means "love for bikes"
