During the summer of 2012, I developed a mobile game in my free time, together with a friend. This top-down shooter game has a simple game play: just drag a plane around with your finger, which will automatically shoot at anything in its way.
The game is endless and gets more difficult over time. Everything, except the player character, is random: the enemies, their paths, the background and even the background music. (Well, two songs, but they get selected at random.) The goal of the game is to get the highest highscore, which is then posted to Game Center on iOS.
We had a lot of fun making the game and that's what it's all about. :)
