Curiosity is an art and interior scheme designed for the main Tableau workspace in Palo Alto in the 360* degrees California building. Revolving around the notion of curiosity, the project's red thread is the Tangram.

Tableau Software is an American computer software company headquartered in Seattle, Washington. It produces a family of interactive data visualisation products focused on business intelligence. Its mission is to help people see and understand their data. Curiosity is the starting point of the Tableau software’s mission: Equipping the curious with tools that will allow them to ask and answer their questions. Instead of focusing only on the final destination, the curious enjoys the journey of data exploration.

Tangram became the red thread of the building art scheme, translating the notion of curiosity visually and spatially. The tans would form an evolving pattern across all glass materials giving a flow to the space, celebrating the journey of exploration. Tangram silhouettes are used as wayfinding system, while also inspiring the artworks inside each room. This creates an eclectic and surprising art scheme, triggering the curiosity of the visitor, while remaining coherent.
