Design and implementation of residential and commercial buildings

Residential building is planned to be located on a street corner between two existing buildings. The main goal of the project was designing the edifice according to the project assignment, urban planning regulations and the technical demands, financial constraints and quality standards. Regarding this goal, the main motive for this building’s design was utilizing the context – L- shaped lot on the corner of the block, and creating the optimal conditions and dynamic visual characteristics, thus making exclusive residential spaces in the city center. Additionally, elaborating the details of the project, contemporary local materials and construction systems are researched and applied, in order to use them in the best possible way.
