L’Idea di Zénta Megazin nasce quasi per caso, nasce per la passione e per l’interesse nei confronti dell’editoria indipendente sviluppata durante il nostro percorso di studi. Il voler essere parte di questo mondo in maniera attiva ci ha portato a scegliere di proporre come tesi un progetto che potesse poi essere sviluppato al di fuori del nostro percorso di studi.
L’idea iniziale era chiara: voler creare una nostra rivista autoprodotta che parlasse di autoproduzione ed editoria indipendente ai giorni nostri, ma non solo a chi fa parte di questo mondo, ma soprattutto a chi non lo conosce.
Il progetto di tesi avrebbe nel particolare interessato la creazione della rivista a partire dalla testata fino al formato e la pubblicazione del numero 0 della rivista, un numero speciale che raccontasse la rivista tramite se stessa, raccontando non solo il fenomeno e gli intenti dell’autoproduzione ma anche cosa sta dietro alla progettazione di una rivista o meglio quale è il lavoro e cosa passa nella testa di un editore indipendente.
The idea of Zénta Megazin was born almost by chance, it was born for the passion and interest in independent publishing developed during the period of our studies. Wanting to be part of this world actively led us to choose to do a thesis project that could be developed also outside of our course of study. The initial idea was clear: we want to create our own self-produced magazine that spoke of self-production and independent publishing today, but not limited to those who are part of this world, but especially to those who do not know it. The thesis project would be interested in the creation of the magazine from the header to the format and publication of the number 0 of the magazine, a special number that speak about the magazine by itself, telling not only the phenomenon of self-publishing but also what is behind the design of a magazine or rather what his work is about and what goes on in the head of an independent publisher.
