An assignment to create a condo brochure. The deliverables included a 24 spread brochure, a folder, a business card, two floor plans, and a giveaway. The apartment is based in Boston, MA and is named "The Brahmin" after the Boston Brahmin, or members of Boston's traditional upper class. My concept wanted our residents to be "Historically Present" or to learn and take from the past and live like a Brahmin, but to be present in our evolving world.
