BOOK COVER SERIES
Our second assignment for Typography 2 class was to create three books covers based on a non-fiction series. The series could be real or made up, but the covers needed to be conceptual as a series. I created a book series called "The Distiller's Guide" which would contain information on the history and process of making three spirits: Whiskey, Vodka, and Rum. On the front cover I filled each mason jar with the raw materials needed to make each spirit, and on the back the finished product, so in theory the information in the book should get you from "A" to "B". I also used my own handwritten type on tape to the mason jars to create a handmade look.
