Artown Poster
I created this illustrated type for Reno's 2017 Artown Festival. Artown is an arts and cultural festival that takes place through the month of July in Reno each year. Their goal is to encourage local artists and highlight the best performers in northern Nevada. It features about 500 events produced by more than 100 organizations and businesses in nearly 100 locations citywide.
Each letter I designed represents a different part of the arts around Reno or the nature of the Sierra Nevada's that surround the city. The design was used by the festival for posters, programs and banners around the town.
