The project site is located in Güzelbahçe İzmir. Site is in rural zone of Güzelbahçe. The reason for selecting rural environment is spreading the functions on coastal side throughout the inside of Güzelbahçe. To do that, a new road is proposed after conducting connectivity analysis of roads. The buildings consist of commercial and residential
areas. The organization aims to regain the neighborhood relations of typical rural settlements in the region. That is why the inner streets are both connected and differentiating the building blocks. After deciding the location of the functions, circulation analyses are conducted to examine people’s behaviour on the site. The results prove that the form of the blocks needed to be revised accordingly.
