3D Body Scanning & Hand Investigations

Using various 3D body scanning technologies, I am currently exploring custom fit shapes that respect both the natural forms and movements of the human body. The goal of this investigation is to explore different areas and movements within the hand and better understand how technology can help us create more seamless fit products and adapt to physical and ergonomic variations between different users.
This project is inspired by the idea of tools becoming extensions of the user’s body.
My current exploration looks at culinary products through functional and conceptual redesigns.
