Magnetic Fields Festivals 2016
Mirari a kaleidoscopic hexagonal structure at Magnetic Fields Festival 2016, allowing passersby to walk through and see light, color and reflections change around them.The work, conceived and built by design team A CUBE.
The walk-through installation that went up at the Bedouin arena was, among the other things, tailor made for chilling at the desert or maybe taking cool photos.
Behind the Scene
The installation was made in Pune and was assembled at the festival site in Alsisar, Jhunjhunu. Also, the structure was supposed to be placed in the desert which made it more difficult to install without any exterior support and maintaining the angle. The inner surface was plated with Chrome steel vinyl, so immense care was supposed to be taken while installing the structure.
