For this we had to communicate the idea of eight feelings: Hate, Anger, Prejudice, Revulsion, Apathy, Friendship, Compassion, and Love. So I sort of saw it as a number line and it all runs on a scale from -4 to +3. Then I sort of thought of it as a scale for balance in your life and how the negative feelings really weigh heavy on you. The Pages in the book pretty much just explain this concept and what these feelings mean from a personal aspect. When printed the sides are supposed to be opposite so it has a positive side and you flip it for the negative side
