This project won the 2018 IDI Graduate Award in Design for Digital
This brief was a live project for Deloitte Digital. The brief asked to design a digital solution to the Healthcare problem in Ireland. I did in depth research into the subject and established that waiting lists in A and E's was a huge problem. So I interviewed my target audience to try establish common pain points and goals. This research helped form my design and allowed me to both prototype and iterate the app design. This resulted in an app design which answered both the user and clients' goals.
My App is called Idir (Irish for between). The app allows patients to compare and check when and where specific treatments are available at which hospital. So instead of waiting too long at A+E for nights on end or being sent home from hospital to be put on a further waiting list, Idir will let you know when exactly you will be seen and which one will treat you first.
