«The Twin Hills Pinot comes from my family's small vineyard in the Sebastopol Hills. Due to the cold weather during flowering, we suffered embarrassingly low yields, with clusters comprising of mostly seedless berries (all chicks and no hens). The 2015 wine was fermented with native yeasts and bacteria, with 20% whole cluster included and 12% new oak. The wine possesses fabulous density and concentration for Pinot Noir, while maintaining a fresh, lively finish.»
