In 2016, when the WARCRAFT movie was release, Mountain Dew brand collaborated with them and created a social movement to catch up the time which is WARCRAFT spirit of gamers. In Vietnam, Warcraft is the most played game in the childhood of a lot of youngsters (20 - 29 yrs). We are joined in a pitching for this campaign and we thought we found a good insight for this campaign.

Our ideas for this pitching is created a Social Game that users can really join in the battle of Alliance and Horde. The tactics of this game are they use GPS and Camera to detect enemy / find an alliance or have a battle through the Camera. They need DEW-Power to attack the enemy or defend, to have a power they need to collect a caps from Mountain Dew bottles and Redeem in-app or on a website.

We only have a week to finish all execute ideas. The hardest part is how to utilize a material from brand team and movie/game footages to create the best art direction for all the campaign. Otherwise, because this is a campaign for Mountain Dew so client request about brand reminds in overall.

Deadline is our biggest enemy. We use 5 hours only for research about Warcraft game/Index game material (Weapon/background/character). But I realize that Weapon can help me and my team create something cool.

After collected around 50 weapons, I try to combine them together (Flip/Rotate/Duplicate...) and finally I have something cool to bring into the layout. We used a green light flare to mimic the color of Mountain Dew and also power light in Warcraft game.
