The Extreme Carabina Lock was an OTS product, sourced from China. I believe the only reason the "EXTREME" name was used was because it was already etched in to the tool.
The product itself was a simple and effected carabiner-shaped combination padlock. However, I was always unsure it was strong enough to be used as an actual carabina.
The standard packaging was a simple 3 fold blister, with slide in backing card, that was robust enough to securely hold the product and survive shipping. It also allowed enough space to communicate all the necessary features. Therefore my job was to produce new packaging artwork for the existing packaging design.
