New Year's Day Wedding

New year's day wedding: (First Wedding Shoot)

This was my first step into paid photography work, and for me, it was a fairly big and somewhat pressurising event as this wedding shoot (first one I've done) will be for my Boss, who is a fairly well-known individual within my local area, especially for sporting fans in the Northeast. to add more weight on my shoulders I confidently assured him that I could do it. if he couldn't find a photographer before the big day.

I do however think I did pretty well considerings it's my first wedding shoot, of course, a big thanks must go to adobe Lightroom for letting me able to achieve passable looking photos.

In this instance, After various alterations, edits in terms of stylising the photos to follow a particular colour scheme or general tone, I was finally drawn towards a vintage look, which you will see below.

Lastly, I have listed what equipment I had used for the wedding, just in case you are curious, it is by no means a professional kit.  but here it goes:

Nikon D7200 with battery grip
NikonD3100
Sigma - 70-200mm F/2.8 EX DG OS HSM
Nikon Nikkor Lens - 50mm F/1.8
Nikon AF-S DX Micro Nikkor - 40mm - f/2.8 G
Nikon 28mm -F/2.8 D AF

By all means, tell me what you like about the images, any constructive criticism, any feedback, in general, is greatly appreciated. (More photos will probably be uploaded in the future)
