Локација која је нарушена сталним и недовршеним визијама унапређења, постала је театар покушаја једног града да искористи своје потенцијале. Транзитна зона у свом социолошком, културолошком и физичком контексту, поставља ову локацију као место са високим вредностима окружења. Обликовање објекта је одговор на морфологију града која се огледа у панорами, спуштање града на реку. Концепт пројекта се заснива на експанзији градског парка са савским кејом. Самим тим, програмом и организационом шемом, повећава се зелени фонд на локацији и значајно доприноси очувању локалног биодиверзитета.

Location that is violated with constant and unfinished visions of improvement, became the theater of a city attempting to exploit their potential. Transit zone in its sociological, cultural and physical context, sets this location as a place with high values of the environment. Design of the facility is a response to the morphology of the city, which is reflected in the panorama, lowering the city center to the river. The project concept is based on the expansion of the city park with the Sava quay. Consequently, the program and his organizational chart, increases green fund at the site and contributes significantly to the preservation of local biodiversity.
