Promotional Videos for La Crosse Technology

New 2017 Professional Weather Station
A promotional video designed to demonstrate not only how the station functions, but also to give the prospective customer an idea of how it would look in their home.
The video was shot on location, near La Crosse, WI. using a Panasonic AG-HMC 160, at 60fps. The elements of the station's screen were first mapped out in Illustrator to be animated in After Effects. To do this, the screens for each shot were tracked using the Mocha plug-in for After Effects. Advanced coloring and slight reflection were added to increase realism. I also performed the voice over using a Zoom H6.

*Shot of Guy in Airport was stock footage purchased on Pond 5

Early Rough-Cut without Screen Replacement & Motion Graphic Animations
This was the first rough-cut sequence put together in Premiere Pro. As you can tell, screen replacement and motion tracking were 100% necessary to make these clips A) usable and B) to tell the correct story by highlight key features through animation.
La Crosse Technology - 2016 Weather Stations
Other promotional videos designed to accomplish the same tasks as the model above. These were all shot at the same location and edited using the same tools.
