Serburame is Bandung based chicken porridge (bubur ayam) booth that has been operated since 2010. It can be found at the crossroads between Jalan Cisitu and Jalan Sangkuriang with no branch anywhere else. The booth open in around 6.30 to 10.30 AM depending on the time the porridge sells out (which usually around 9AM). It has been one of many famous chicken porridge in Bandung with many loyal costumers, some of them even comes from outside of the city to have a taste.

Serburame chicken porridge is a Chinese styled chicken porridge that has different characteristics compared to other Indonesian porridges. Serburame porridge has a more fluid texture with shredded onions, leeks, cakwe, and pepper as its main seasonings. It is complimented by customisable toppings like shredded chicken meats and pangsit crackers. You should come try it sometimes!
